DESIGN & CONSULTING

The president and owner of the company Mark S. Umphrey, is a licensed registered professional engineer. Our design team consists of project managers and AUTOCAD operators. This department engineers, designs, draws plan and writes specifications for the total project, including equipment, piping, insulation, ductwork and controls. We utilize AutoCAD in all our jobs. Systems are designed to meet or exceed current indoor air quality and energy standards. We also offer Professional Engineering Consulting Services.

INSTALLATION

Our licensed, knowledgeable and skilled installation crews can professionally and courteously install our systems. Our work includes piping steam, hot water, chilled water, cooling tower water, process water and refrigerant piping. This department also installs and rigs the HVAC equipment. 

START-UP & COMMISSIONING

All aspects of the system are thoroughly checked and adjusted to design specifications and plans. As-Built plans and operating & maintenance manuals are provided as part of the commssioning process.
